● Clean stove hood (exterior only)
● Clean stove top
● Clean stove grates
● Clean broiling drawer
● Polish all stainless steel
● Clean & disinfect light switches
● Clean empty ovens and refrigerators interior and exterior
● Clean and polish sink
● Clean baseboards
● Vacuum floors
● Mop all hard surface floors

BATHROOMS

● High Dusting
● Clean vents/exhaust fans
● Dust light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)
● Clean inside windows
● Clean window sills
● Clean all glass
● Clean vanity mirror
● Clean & disinfect toilet (make sure to reach behind)
● Clean and scrub shower head, shower head hose, soap holder, walls, shower doors
● Clean & disinfect bathtub, sinks, light switches
● Clean interior and exterior of empty cabinets
● Clean baseboards
● Remove any trash in cans and replace with liners
● Vacuum floors
● Mop all hard surface floors

ALL ROOMS

● High Dusting

● Dust all accessible furniture
● Clean all mirrors
● Clean inside all closets
● Clean & disinfect light switches

ADDITIONAL ADD-ON ITEMS

The following services will incur an additional charge

● Garages (Sweeping & Cobweb Removal)

We do our best to meet the needs of our clients; however, there are some things we are unable to do:

● Clean biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids) - This we can handle however pricing is different as we need to send a trained crew.
● Remove high levels of trash/debris
● Clean up pet waste
● Clean inside washer/dryers
● Clean inside dishwashers
● Clean cat litter box (including excess on floor)
● Use our vacuum on pet soiled carpet
● Clean insects/rodents/rodent droppings
● Clean hard to reach or high areas that are not accessible with our extension duster
● Clean fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (we will be happy to clean if emptied)

● Guarantee the results of blind dusting
● Wash/load/put away dishes
● Empty diaper genies/diaper pails
● Wipe light bulbs and delicate glass fixtures
● Use homemade cleaning products
● Move furniture to clean or any item over 15 lbs
● Change linens
● Step higher than a 3 step stepladder
● Wash walls, scrub walls, scrub baseboards.
● Closets unless specifically agreed upon by Elite Home Cleaning Denver and customer (or when performing move in /move out clean)
● Carpet Cleaning and tile and grout cleaning are not included in any cleaning package.

BOOK YOUR MOVE IN/OUT SERVICE BELOW

Read the following Terms & Conditions below before booking your service:
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Initial Estimate: This is a preliminary estimate. We will contact you to confirm and finalize the details of your appointment.

Hourly Rate: Our rate is $60 per person per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours required. We typically send teams of two cleaners, though occasionally, a single technician may complete the service.

Additional Services: This estimate does not include extras such as basements, inside refrigerator cleanings, or other specialty requests. Please note: we do not hand wash dishes.

Supplies and Equipment: We provide all necessary supplies and equipment to complete the cleaning professionally.

Insurance: We are fully insured to ensure your peace of mind and protection.

Deposit Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations will incur an additional 50% fee, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are offered for cancellations or dissatisfaction.

Final Inspection: We kindly ask that you inspect the completed cleaning before our team leaves, as we do not provide re-cleaning services.

Home Requirements: We do not clean when other contractors are working on-site. The home must have running water, electricity, and functioning heat or air conditioning for service to take place.
